I ordered an purple Vaporesso Target Tank/mod set in January but the Mod broke down after only a Day of use.
After contacting the service support the answers were always very quick and friendly and after I sent a little video to show the problem, a replacement had been made available and was shipped as soon as possible.

It arrived a couple of days ago and is working like a charm.
